Who is responsible

What we collect

If you send a request: your name, phone or email, the selected service and your task description.

If you use the AI estimate: the project description you enter.

When you visit the site, the server writes the IP address, browser type, requested page and time to a technical log.

The site counts overall visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites. Your browser only stores the chosen colour mode.

Why we use it

Request data is used only to reply to you and prepare a proposal.

The project description is used only to prepare a preliminary estimate.

Server logs and statistics are needed to protect the site, investigate errors and improve the site.

Where the data goes

Request data is sent through Telegram to the Novera team’s private work chat.

For the AI estimate, the project description is sent to Google Gemini. Your name and contact details are not sent to it.

Site traffic passes through Cloudflare for security and speed.

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

Requests and correspondence are kept for as long as needed for the conversation or cooperation.

Server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
